🇬🇧 UK PM Andy Burnham Expected to Meet Trump at UN Summit in New York

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham is expected to meet U.S. President Donald Trump in New York next week, during the United Nations General Assembly, according to a report by The Times. The meeting would be the first face-to-face encounter between Burnham and Trump since Burnham became prime minister in July 2026. The two leaders have already spoken by telephone, with discussions reportedly including Ukraine, North Sea oil and gas, and UK sanctions on Israeli goods produced in the occupied West Bank.
