Atiku Gets Court Nod to Serve Tinubu in Eligibility Suit

A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted former Vice President Atiku Abubakar permission to serve court documents on President Bola Tinubu through the All Progressives Congress (APC). Justice Inyang Ekwo granted the application on Wednesday after Atiku's lawyers sought an order for substituted service on the President. The suit, filed by Atiku and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), seeks to disqualify Tinubu and the APC from participating in the 2027 presidential election.
