Blessing CEO’s legal situation has taken another turn following conflicting claims over efforts to raise ₦56 million in connection with her bail and outstanding financial obligations.

A woman identified as Isa Amira, through The Isa Amira Foundation, claimed that Blessing CEO had authorised a fundraising campaign targeting ₦56 million. The foundation said ₦20 million was needed for requirements associated with her bail, while another ₦36 million was intended toward money allegedly owed to the parties who brought the case against her.

However, Doris Ogala publicly challenged the fundraising appeal, warning people not to send money. Ogala said she contacted Blessing CEO directly and that Blessing denied giving anyone permission to solicit funds on her behalf.

The reports also state that Blessing CEO lost her son, Bryan, while she was in custody. The fundraising appeal cited the loss as part of the circumstances surrounding its request for assistance.

The ₦56 million fundraising claim should therefore be treated as disputed, rather than established fact, until Blessing CEO's legal representatives or another authoritative source confirms who is authorised to receive funds on her behalf.
